Wait for it to get tacky for about 15-30 secs on the lash band (typically on the aerial view and the visible lash band you can see, add a moderate amount of bond/lash glue. First rub a little under your lash line then wait for fifteen to thirty seconds and then apply the lashes where you applied glue (don’t apply glue for all the cluster lashes at once)

I was the same way until I herd about putting them under your own eyelashes and I love that I can have lashes now and not wear mascara. It does take practice so practice a week before you need to wear them and I believe you can do it. Why I say that cause I can’t even bend my wrist that well due to metal plates in my right wrist cause I broke it so if I can do it you can too. Hope you try it.

The dark swan of Denmark are more of a flatter curl. I wish they would come out with slightly curlier lashes. I’ve never tried curling the lash clusters. But I have heard some recommendations to do that.

@@TashVitorskyoh really I do wish they were a bit more curled considering the price 😊 So I gave them a few squeezes with my Tarte lash curler and they curled, they didn’t fall apart, and I’m going to do this with the rest of the set. It just took a lot of patience once I was relaxed at night. I would definitely do it ahead of time. But I was very impressed how it turned out. I also wish they would come out with a bit more curl. For cat eye you usually go longest length outer corner and go shorter and shorter So something like 16,14,12,12,10 or 14,12,10,8… Kind of play around with the sizes For natural it depends on the lash style mainly but you can use all the same size, maybe a shorter length in the inner corner

Lash linx ribbons are great bc you can choose curl, size and style Dark swan styles 01,02,03 are great for beginners More natural and very thin bands. Easy to stack for more depth. For glue, it’s personal preference. Dark swan has a good glue. So does lash linx. Lash linx sells for black and clear and you can choose between brush tip or micro mascara wand tip. If it’s a cluster lash glue, those glues can usually be removed using an oil based eye makeup remover - even neutrogena. Some formulas are better than others. But just soak a cotton pad in the remover, hold it against the lashes for about 30 seconds and swipe down. The lashes should slide right off. If not, repeat. But if the kit came with an oil based remover, it should be universal for any cluster lash glue.

About 5-7 days I use an oil free cleanser to clean around the eye area. Oils will loosen the bond so make sure the cleanser doesn’t have any oils And you can use something like a qtip, spoolie or cotton rounds

Hmmm idk. What was their reasoning behind that? Bc usually water does the opposite for cluster lash glues. It’s not like oil where it’ll disintegrate it but I wouldn’t say it bonds it…

Depends on the glue formula. This one gets tacky right away so I apply straight away. If the glue is too wet, I’d wait up to a minute until I can feel that it gets tacky.

Not quite since these types of lash glues do not do well with any oil cleansers. And if you rub, it might loosen the glue. Use an oil free cleanser like the amber lash magic primer on Amazon. And use a q tip to clean up the lash line and lashes gently

I would use an oil free cleanser such as the Amber Lash Magic Primer I mentioned. dip a q tip in the primer solution and clean around the eyes. You can also use a spoolie dipped in the solution to gently brush through, but I’d be careful since the glue for these isn’t that strong so you don’t want to end up removing a lash. but you can brush through gently

I had to rewatch the video real quick. So I was using a double sided bond, one side has a micro mascara wand (black glue formula) and the other side had a brush (white glue formula). These are nice bc you get the best of both worlds :)

No. I’ll apply bond to the base of my lashes and also to the spine of the clusters. That way I get better hold. Sealer you apply once you’re all done and the lashes are on, to the base of the clusters

Put them in a small cup or bowl, add some isopropyl alcohol to cover the lashes Let it sit for a few hours or so I know some people have let them sit overnight, depending on the lash makeup the time may vary take them out onto a paper towel, use a clean eyeshadow brush to remove the glue off the spines, let them air dry And they’re good for reuse

Yes and no. You can’t wash them like you would lash extensions bc the glue won’t hold up. You have to be gentle and I’d recommend using a spoolie dipped in oil free cleanser or a lash primer like the one I mentioned. And using a q tip to clean up around the lashes l.

How long they last can certainly vary person to person. Some are able to get better hold with double bonding method, prep, finding a diff glue that works for them … As for clusters themselves, they were created to be worn for a few days at a time. I’m not sure what the search results were for. But I know lashify, for example, was created as a concept for being able to have “lash extension” at home. The glue is flexible and the lash band is very thin. And because the glue is flexible, the clusters are able to move a bit as they grow out. For some people such as myself, wearing heavier lash sets can weigh my lashes down, be it professional lash extensions or these at home ones. For some people, their lashes are as healthy as ever. So it depends. But overall these lashes are very user friendly, non damaging, esp with proper application and removal. Hope that helped!

Lash glue comes in both clear (white) and black formulas. I used both on this video. The clear/white bond is a glue. You don’t have to use specifically black for the lashes and clear for the band. But the concept is, if you use glue on your natural lashes and then also apply glue to the lash band, you’ll get better hold. Hope that makes sense 💕

So lash glue and lash bond are one and the same. The terms are kind of interchangeable. Sometimes I say lash glue, sometimes I call it bond. Sorry if I wasn’t clear in the video. If you have any other questions I’d be happy to clarify or help.

I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong. The thing with lashes (be it diy at home lash systems or professional lash extensions), sometimes your natural lashes may change. It doesn’t happen for everyone. But I know from personal experience that when I did professional lash extensions my natural lashes would always be stubby even with proper care removal, all of that. And same with diy lashes. Reason being, my natural lashes are on the thinner side naturally so for me to have fibers attached to them constantly, it’s added weight. I know others who wear fake lashes no problem and their lashes are doing amazing. Some people will try to tell you, you’re doing something wrong or it’s the lashes. If you’re following proper steps, it might be just that your natural lashes handle the weight differently. And it’s normal to lose lashes everyday, kind of like hair. And when you have clusters on, the lashes that shed have nowhere to go, so you see more than you usually would. But you shouldn’t have bald spots or anything like that.

@@TashVitorsky well i really looked at my natural lashes today and the right eye seems normal, but my left eye lashes are thinned more and even have a very small bald spot, but i think its because when i sleep, i sleep on my left side more, so that could be the issue. thanks for your comment, i really hope i can continue to use cluster lashes, but im giong to give my lashes a break for now

Under your natural lashes. I would remove with an oil based makeup remover like the neutrogena eye makeup remover or lookup “lash cluster remover” on amazon. Those are made for this type of glue and work a lot better than regular makeup remover.

micellar water is a sort of cleanser. most are water based and do a great job at gently cleansing to get rid of oil, makeup etc... Garnier has a few great affordable ones.

I believe it was from B&Q Amazon has a few good lash glue brands such as B&Q, Calailis and Beyelian. I also like lash linx glues. They’re sort of wet at first and take like 30s to get tacky, but they’re a great lash brand overall. I love the lash medleys (Celes, Extra, Winx…) and ribbons V1, V2 … lashlinx.com But if you’re looking strictly Amazon, you’ll find a lot of lash cluster glues. And tbh, most of them are similar in the sense that they last 3-7 days

Do you feel it or just see it? It might take awhile to get used to seeing the lashes, esp if theyre voluminous. But if you feel them, I’d play around with placement since you shouldn’t feel the band at all

Another question is I use Lilac pro glue and I got them on but in the morning every time I apply them the outside ones and sometimes middle just don’t stay stuck and are coming off. The inner ones are in good, any suggestions on maybe a different glue to try or any hints to help with the outer lashes?
