What about the simple oil as this is the menoxidil is applied in the roots of the hair and my rest of the hairs remains dry so did I'm not supposed to put any type of oil after washing my hairs after using this menoxidil oil

Do the same while washing your hair. Tilt your head towards back and then wash your hair. This may prevent contact of the solution with your face.
