Nashville SC sent me their 2024 Home Kit that came with custom neighborhood patches! There are actually 35 patches to choose from and I had 3 options.
So after my community voted for Green Hills, I ironed the patch on to my kit with a home iron!
⭐ Steps to iron your own badges onto football jerseys:
1 - Set up your station, ideally with an ironing board
2 - Prepare the shirt by inserting cardboard inside the sleeve and lay it flat (I used a towel but an ironing board is better).
3 - Position the badges - mine was Nashville SC’s Green Hills neighborhood patch.
4 - Cover patches with a baking sheet.
5 - Iron on 'Cotton' setting (400º F or 204º C) for 15-30 seconds.
6 - Check adherence by trying to peel the edge of the patches.
7 - Review results and unplug the iron as soon as you are done using it.
