How to apply switchable PDLC film and hide wiring for the swing glass door?
Here we share a solution:
1- Take out the smart film
2- Measure and check size
3- Cut to shape on site as needed
4- use a scraper squeegee in a side-to-side motion, starting from the top, and gradually moving down to remove any air bubbles.
5- Connect cables
6- Hide the wires in gaps
7- Secure cables with the hot glue gun
8- Finally, seal and hide the wires with glass silicone

10- Perfectly hides wires
11- Perfect switch effect between transparent and opaque
