Look into intermittent fasting definitely and look at some small changes you get make in your diet. Doctors always want to put you on medicine. I’ve also been told by a doctor 30 minutes daily of walking is equivalent to a insulin shot

Thank you so much. I so appreciate and understand your teaching. I have been so sick for so long and the doctors can't figure out what is the matter with me. I realized that maybe the enemy has been responsible. I shall apply the blood of Jesus. I have heard we must let our flesh die , take no care for worldly things, grow in Spirit and bear fruit. This is a wonderful message for me. See you tomorrow. I wish I could give to my church and your ministry. I'm on a fixed income of 7k a year and live in a cold 1974 mobile home. I have lived a very hard and cruel life, but God has a purpose for me. I love 💕 nothing more than feeling his mighty presence.
