The Uni Assist portal is used by international students for applying to German universities. This video explains the application process for German universities. Many foreign students interested to study in Germany have to apply for admission to a bachelor's degree or master's degree through the uni-assist portal. The application process through uni-assist is explained step by step. Students have to complete the application process in 4 steps.
1. Registration on the Uni Assist Portal
2. Entering your Data on the Uni Assist Portal
3. Select and put the Application for the Course
4. Payment of Uni Assist Application Fee
It is recommended to first visit the website of the university to check if the application process for the interested course is through uni-assist or not. If the university directs international applicants to apply through the uni-assist portal, students have to complete above mentioned 4 steps to complete the application process.

For VPD online applications do we need to go them attested from the school and then upload them. I did O level and A level, there is a school leaving certificate date mentioned in the form, my Certificates only have the month and year, not the day. I’m confused about that.

That's good information. I was applying for MS data science and all the other videos said that we gotta send the documents through post as well. I appreciate your up-to-date content as most of the unis are accepting the online application.

Salam Mr. Shoib, I already live in Germany and I want to apply for studienkolleg. Do I needd to notarize, attest or translate my ( school leaving certificate) into German language in order to send it to Uni Assit? even though is already in English. Thanks

If all of your doc are in english, then its ok, you donot need to translate into german. go to city Rathaus with your Orignal doc, and asked them to attest, they will attest the copies and will charge accordingly.

Brother I got a question, while paying via CREDIT CARD it says VAT included. So how much money is actually deducted from from Credit card Is it exactly 75 euros / 30 euros or more?.

Many universities dont ask for Letter of Motivation, what should we do, write or not LOM for that university? Are there any drawbacks if Uni has not asked for LOM and we do not send ?

For the VPD, you donot need to send the doc by post, if you are applying for universities, better to send 1 set of notarised document of your education.

Study certificates are any of your degrees and transcripts. While school certificates are your school degree and marksheets.

You can add and upload new documents to your new application for another university in the same portal. like LOM , updated ielts results etc etc.

University entrance exam is basically that you did for the entry exam of bachelor in your country.

Till now doesn't need APS certificate for taking addmission from the University, but very few universities are started to asking about APS Certificate. I think in future majority of them will taking this document as a main document for the addmission purpose.

You can also pay with your Mastercard. It will arrive within few Minutes. For international bank transfer, this will depend on individual bank.

Some of the applications are free, but some of universities have admission fee. But while applying via uni assist you have to pay 75€ for 1st application and 30€ for 2nd and so on.
