The younger ones often don‘t, which makes it harder to get surefire IOIs, but the more mature women will show their curiosity. They usually are socially more competent. a trait young girls have yet to acquire.

They said she's shy, and she thinks I'm sexy and cool(kind of made me cringe hearing she thinks i'm cool). I didn't like the fact she didn't just tell me this herself and involved co-workers, and the thing is she's not even shy. She's just intimidated to talk to me, but she has done so like two to three times, but it was only questions related to the job. It's annoying. Older women always verbalize when they find me attractive, but younger girls act so juvenile.

Try to banter with young girls, and more often than not the convo is very shallow, like in the video here. With young girls you can most often only talk stupid nonsense or make fun of things. If you like her too, you wanna walk up to her when she's by herself, then tease her with a low voice something like "Hey, I've heard that rumor about you, what do you think it is?" She: "What is it?" You: "Well, not sure if you gonna like it, lol." Spark her curiosity. She: "What is it, come on..." You: "Okay, join me for a drink after work and I'll let you in, I think it's kinda important for you to know, but we should do this outside work, I guess." Go have a drink, grab food etc, and take it from there! Open the gateway for her, and see what happens! I hope that helps! Guys the reason it seemed like an interview in a lot of the approaches shown in this video is because the girls themselves were closed off and a bit introverted and it wasnt fitx's fault. Fitx did what ur supposed to do which is approach and show some interest in them and ask questions about them. Its then onto them to show something back or keep it moving if they dont like fitx. If someone approaches a few more times, they will find one that appreciates that you showed interest in them by approaching them and will show interest back
