Jack, from the inspiration I received from reading Chicken Soup.....and the power of resilience, I have learnt not only to ask- but to demonstrate, showing off skills and talents so when you go back to ask again, and again, and if need be again- your value, integrity and persistence shine like a beaming light and “hell Yeh! Gimme me some of that” comes the response and collaboration- working with having belief of strength in self to make win/win forCompany, your mentor and yourself.

I am in my senior year and because of the pandemic, my senior trip was cancelled.. so my best friend and I set a goal to earn an amount of money to travel together and to do that we are selling muffins, today we told to our clients our goal and we sold a lot of muffins, more than the other times, we are so happy, thanks for the advice :)
I used to be so scared to ask for what I want. Until I heard someone say you literally never get what you want if you don’t ask for it! If you want a promotion or more income from your boss. Show your value and then ask for it! It’s hard to put your ego aside and face that fear of rejection. With no question there is no answer. This video is money. Thanks!

I got a subliminal message as a child that I was of value to the extent that I didn’t need anyone or anything. “Figure it out for yourself.” It took me many years to work through that and ask for what I need.

Hi Jack. I've long wanted to write a book about my experiences with mental health. I don't want it to be a dry, academic, self help type book. I want write a book where I share my experiences (Highs and lows) in a relatable, spiritual, tangible way. I would like the book to be a cathartic exercise as well as helping others when they read it. I wondered if you could offer any tips on how to go about structuring a book, research and organising. I have so many things I want to talk about, how do you narrow down to a focus point ? I worry the book could become chaotic such is the nature of my Bipolar and Autism.
I sold the most boxes of m&m's door-to-door in 5th grade so that I could go to Nature's Classroom which I would not have been able to attend because my family could not afford it. I also used to clean house for horse back riding lessons at 10 year's old.
I am a self published author and I am looking for ways to promote my books and get them out there. Facebook is my main mode of selling them and I have them in a couple of small bookstores that are somewhat local. What is a good way to get them noticed in more places? I just need that ONE break!
