Nice video showing you how to correctly assemble a Honda 250r bottom end. This is the same for TRX250R engines aswell. I looked online and could never find a good how to video. Hope this video may be of some help
Good video. I was holding my breath when the impact wrenches came out! I learned my lesson on my '86 to never touch one of these with one. Torque specs are there for a reason, people!
I like how everything is a pain in the ass for him, the camera, putting in the transmission, putting on the kick gear just throw the whole thing together own yeah and hitting a crank with a hammer thats smart. Put the crank in the freezer for an hour dude and heat the bearing with a torch the shit will slide right in.
Next time you can’t tighten up that sprag nut for the clutch basket use old clutch plates to hold it an grab on with one hand and torque with the other way easier
I stopped watching this when you put the black RTV on the case..... Looks like you've been doing this long enough you should know better ,Honda Bond, yamabond , or 1211... But the real question is why are you putting a gasket on it now you don't even have a crankshaft nor the transmission in the case.. mind blown 🤯

What's the trick for taken it apart I tried to take my center case off an it seems like something is holding it together but I double checked all bolt where out can u plz help me !!!!
Thank you, I was wondering if he knew what he was doing when he grabbed the wrong gasket but when he said "too much pressure on the BOTTOM END"??? pressure is mainly on the top end not the bottom SMH.
