Just bought one from my local Walmart right after work to help push cold air out of my A.C. and was stumped on how to put in the fan cover. (last part of assembly) Soon as I saw this video, It hit me as an: “Oh…” moment. 😆 10/10, straight to the point. Now I’m ready for July 2024! Thank you! 🙏
Thank you! Your video really helped dyslexic me! I look at directions or gadgets or forms & react really badly. So appreciate you & your calming voice !
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.🤗 I WAS GETTIN MORE & MORE UPSET AT THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT IT CAME WITH(OR LACK THERE OF) ANYWAY I APPRECIATE YOUR VIDEO, IT SAVED THE DAY...👌
Wow thank you. I was having a time putting together this darn fan because the instructions don't explain like you have on how to fit the top screen's slit to the screw. I was so frustrated I could have done harm. But i discovered your video instead. Thank you so much.
Any idea what to do if the small piece that says "tighten" just keeps spinning, and does not tighten? I'm spinning it the way it says to spin, which is counterclockwise.
This old one is way better then the new one we have today. We have the new lasko fan that doesn't even have those pieces that screw onto the fan piece to hold it on. Ours is the lasko windstorm and its horrible quality. We made the mistake of buying one. I wish they sold the older ones or I could have just got one of the white ones from like walmart or someplace.
I got this fan and it is phenomenal. You might want to check it out. How to use the Povud 16" Stand Fan ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QzXIDeQ7Kgg.html
Lol they are a little hard to snap in but you gotta work out of a little bit. If you look on the side, you’ll see a little clips and it should pop in. You might have to lay it down to do it. Good luck thanks for watching. Stay cool.
I had done all of it but the pole doesn’t lock into the base. Is there something missing?? I am going to return to Costco since I can’t attach it to the base.
The good thing about Costco is you can always return stuff if you can’t get it put together I would suggest going back and getting a different fan. They have a whole bunch of them there now.
I’ve noticed that some of these pull out of their base on the new ones that I purchased so you gotta push them down in there. Good luck thanks for watching.
I just brought a lasko fan and mine just keep oscillating but it not staying on stationary mode. I pull the button up but it’s still on oscillating mode. Any reason why?
@@WendyRichards-uq3cu yes getting that front cover on is a pain in the butt. There is a light channel that it goes in and you just gotta kinda squeeze it close and it kind of pops in a few luck. You’ll see a little tab that sticks out every about 6 inches all the way around and you just gotta squeeze it and then pop in to text while you might wanna try laying it down to do that.
i know i am a girl; but i know it does not take almost 4 hrs. to assemble a fan. Lasko changed the design; but i was able to use my older model as a guide; [sigh]. The instructions; which there were 3 identical sheets, inside the box were absolutely Useless. Capital U. Also: It took a youtube video to explain how to turn Lasko's lefty tighty nut. thx; for posting.
Yes, that one piece goes opposite direction of what you think. It should go instead of Leftie Lucy it’s Leftie tidy Wrighte Lucy good luck. Thanks for watching.
Put the second pole through the inside of the bottom pole. I was trying to push it from the top and almost broke the plastic. Sticking it through the bottom is the preferred method
Working on the assembly of this fan for over one hour with no satisfaction until i hit youtube and found this video 100 percent satisfaction with the assembly unlike other youtubers who give you no satisfaction on your issue. But i could never understand how a grown man could walk around in flip flops. In my region of the country you find more men outside with them than females Go figure you will never ever see me in them, no temp or outing will force me in them!
Wow....Ignorance is bliss. Just a lil sumthin we say here in the U.S., when someone who clearly doesn't know any better, mixes a compliment with a put down😳😖🫣🤦 Fyi..thats something most try NOT to do. It's not nice..wow

yeah, we consider this a flaw. every time we lift the the fan to move it the base comes off. ours is too old to return. it still works, and stays upright, it's just a pain to move it around, which we do often since we use it on our deck.
@@brookswilliams-tt2lj even for regular cleaning one has to move it. Thankfully I took it back to Costco where I got it from. Happily they took it back
