when repairing the kitchen, the builders lost the fastening part of the turntable, now we don’t know how they are called correctly in order to order them., Can you tell us how to do this? Please.

Thank you so much!!!! our carousel was askew, checked bottom and sure enough, those tiny screws on the bottom came out. We drilled 2 new holes and used 3/4 inch screws instead of the tiny screws supplied. Team work! and we got it done!!!

Oh, also…would this have been installed before the countertop was installed on top? I think the lazy Susan is about 31 inches at its widest point and the entry measurement from bottom to top of cabinet is about 29. I’m assuming it could slide in on the side and then repositioned…

My lazy Susan has become unscrewed at the bottom. It is no longer attached to the floor of the cabinet. How can I repair this? Do I have to remove it from the top, unscrew the “stop” screw (which determines the height of the top shelf) and remove the metal pole to raise the bottom shelf up to get to the very bottom to rescues it into the cabinet floor? This was originally installed in 2011, so it’s not a brand new lazy Susan.
