I have an actual teeter too. I got it used over getting an off brand new. Its mines prob 2 generations older than yours. It didnt come with the arch support or nodes but it does have the spots for them to so you can order them separately. These things really do work great.

I have an inversion table and that thing is a life saver. What I like about it is that I get back to being 6'6" but only when I am fully inverted.

You lucky duck! I planned on getting one of these for my posture. Note to the kids, don't sit at a computer all day, every day; it doesn't take long to seriously damage your neck and posture and cause permanent pain. I'm having a very tough time with the part you show at 5:35. I wish the longer bolt was a bit longer to make it easier to marry it with the short piece.

I just stripped the screws that hold the plastic to the handle. The ones that go inside the barrel nuts. The instructions showed the barrel nut sides being on the outside; you put them on the inside of the table. I dont think it matters, except that by following the instructions, I couldnt see well around the the pipe and stripped two of them. I was working on the side of it. Would of been avoided had i just had the barrels sticking out to me. I was going well with assembly until this. Now I have to contact customer service and have new ones sent out. Crap. I didn't think it was possible to cross thread it but I managed lol. I think not being able to see well around the object along with them putting thread lock on it made me think that as I was turning it, it was supposed to be hard. Both screws/nuts stripped. Other side went in tight but was easy to turn. Also, another thing I noticed is that you dont really pinch the plastic brackets tight. The nuts bottom out before its really tight, I guess to keep the plastic from breaking from people wanting the bracked really snugg.

Thank you for the video. I am currently waiting for our inversion table to be delivered. You gave a lot of information that should help me assemble it. My only negative impression is that the video is a little bit difficult to watch because of the camera flitting back and forth, from one thing to another, though I know you are trying to make it as concise as possible.

Lol right!?! I have an older one that didnt come with cup holders. You really only need to do 15mins ata time. They say American is the fattest country, thats why everything has cup holders these days haha

I have an older version, i love it. Works great. One of my old bosses said when he used his buddies it made him wicked dizzy and he got sick. I imagine he prob just went fully upside down right away. Some people can some ppl cant, thats why it has the strap. Id slowly increase how much you invert. I think its something like 35° is where you get full benefit of inversion. But some people like to go further or all the way cause there are some other stretches you can do on it

I see them all the time on sale online like Facebook marketplace and Craig’s… for $100 to $150. That’s where we found ours. Most are in brand new condition as well….as for how they work,? In my case, I could barely walk, and I mean barely…. We got this thing as a last ditch effort, and it was instant relief, in two or 3 days I was able to actually feel normal….in a week I had pep in my step as they say… I would have never bought one if paying full price… now there are two things I will never get rid of, my guitars and my teeter…. This is my case, it may not be the end all for others but it is worth a try.. ( other Stuff it helped cure….my vertigo, my shoulder pain, my hip and knee pain, it gets the fluid back in those joints)

sorry off subject dude people laugh at those tables, I can tell you it saved me. just a few minutes a day for a few weeks thats it. what i had went away in days. went from not being able to walk to being normal that quickly… (dont have to hang straight up and down there are stages you can set)
