Thanks! Great vid....you saved me! For some reason I could not get square end of the hose connected but instant success with the show and tell. The tangle free brush is terrific Two BIG DOGS with loads of fur shed 365 days per yr. Highly recommend for pet owners. I recommend your vid for anyone who has problems with "assembly". I had researched You tube for instructions PRIOR to purchasing the vac on Amazon. JOB WELL DONE YOU TUBE!!!

Thanks for the video. The instructions that came with the vacuum are not clear. There should be photographs instead of illustrations. I didn't notice if the yellow or black side of the Febreeze should be pointed down. I see now how to do it. You should include the URL address of this video at the very beginning of the "Quick Start Guide". The video is a lot easier to understand.

:22 my hose won’t detach, mine is stuck. It also needs to come with a brush that has longer bristles and is softer.

The worst I have been trying to put this garbage piece of junk. This vacuum is expensive and I feel like throwing it out the window..Terrible product for putting to gether. I WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!!! Hate this what taste of money!

A terrible vacuum! No assembly instructions; no user friendly in assembly. Do not recommend buying this. Wish I never purchased it.
