I cannot get the tips off of the walker!!!!

Hello William. Yes, taking the old tips off can be difficult. If they still have the bottom to them, I would suggest removing the leg of the walker and using a skinny long object to stick into the tube to push the old tips off. Alternatively, you can grab a rag to place over the tip for better grip and use a small twist and wiggle motion to try and slip it off. If that doesn't work you may have to resort to pliers or a razor blade if you feel safe using those tools. I hope this helps!
