Glad I found this video after realising the Zip they gave me after 10 minutes was not a practical joke. Glad she had a fake version of the product that zipped nicely. Good luck all

I’ve never commented on a RU-vid video before but this video warrants it… This is a dreadful instructional video. Worst I have ever seen. It misses key steps like the lever to fold the whole chair forward. I had to google other Cybex products to find that out. It gives a false impression showing steps with impossible ease. Show us the whole process of fitting the cover or threading the strap through the tiny space… they won’t because it is hard work! As an exercise I would encourage staff at Cybex to put this pram together using just this video, see how they do. Frankly, many of these steps should be done in the factory. It’s good to have removable covers for cleaning but sell the chair with the cover already on so that customers don’t spend hours stretching the fabric over the frame. The pram is decent enough when it’s up, but I can’t recommend this product to friends because of these poor videos.

Jesus I’m glad for these comments, I genuinely thought I had the wrong seat pack from a random different company. It just doesn’t fit and it’s so complicated?? All of cybex has been soo simple up until now!

This video is completely different from the actual process of assembling it. It's a total nightmare. In the video, they deliberately made the material larger so that it easily fits over, but when you actually purchase this product, you'll discover that it takes a frustrating 15 minutes just to put the zipper together because it's unbelievably tight.

Tip: go to other videos giving way better instructions. This marketing video is completely useless. They miss critical parts (eg release the buckle to flip forward) and don’t use a voiceover (instead they play useless lounge music). Whoever made this video has zero sense of judgement; please show it to 5 family members, and if 5 out of 5 can’t assemble it then perhaps it’s not clear. Such a shame for the product team: if you make a nice product but the setup instructions are so poorly done, it heavily impacts the brand perception. This isn’t a ‘Platinum’ experience at all..

After installation of this Seat Pack, I do not feel my fingers. Every step needs a lot of effort. The quality and appearance are good, but for such a price it is a too complex product.

It’s stuck toghether perfectly. Really it’s a great job 👌🏽 But F me… they sped the video up at every proces because this was a thing!

I laugh at how easy she puts it together especially the clip of the hood, ten minutes later and we are still struggling to get one side on. She effortlessly slides the buckle through like you a dropping it through a bucket and if you are reading this you know it's not that big. It ain't that easy. 🤯

I bought this seat pack just now and perhaps they changed something because for me it was pretty easy to assembly, the fit is exact, tight just enough and very robust. I am super happy with the Cybex quality and finishes, I can only recommend it. My model was the new generation 2022 ePriam and I bought seat pack only now. I followed this video and did exact as they do, again perhaps these new parts come already tweaked based on user experiences for better. For me Cybex well done! 😊

I am totally unable to do up the zip at the bottom. It’s like the cover just does not fit the frame. I’m so fed up. I haven’t even got onto the next steps

No, you are not dumb. You just bought a product with no clear guidance on how to assemble it. Shame on Cybex. Also, it is extremelly frustrating that the video instructions sometimes go in opposite direction of the instructions that come with the product. Once again, shame on Cybex. But dont worry, fellow dads. Be patient and eventually you will figure it out.

Liebes Cybex Team könntet ihr das Tutorial bitte nochmal mit einem farbigen oder hellen Model drehen? Der Zusammen Bau ist kompliziert genug und bei schwarz auf schwarz sieht man so schlecht was gemacht wird.

Alta. Cybex ist so kompliziert und schwierig zusammenzustellen. Die beigelegten Anleitungen gleichen Hyroglyphen.

Uhhhh took me forever to install. And I have a University degree 😁Broke 2 nails and 1 zipper… Not the easiest to follow video. I dont want to be politically incorrect but this needs a man hand.

Hi, the ends of the hard wires in between the canopy keep moving and coming out. They dont have a notch to attach it on. Is mine defective? Or am i supposed to attach it somewhere? Im afraid it my poke my sons face

Furchtbar zum zusammen bauen und das für soviel Geld ! Bereue es wirklich diesen Kinderwagen gekauft zuhaben. Man braucht gefühlt 10 Hände um alles gleichzeitig zu ziehen und zu drücken. Nicht mal annähernd so leicht wie in dem Video.
