טום אתה חושב שכדאי לפני שמתאמנים על התרגיל עצמו - לעבוד בכלל על תרגילי חיזוק שרירי ליבה ברגליים? נגיד לעבוד על כוח מתפרץ ברגליים ויכולת ניתור חזקה יותר? אני כבר זמן מה מתאמן על התרגיל הזה ומיישם המון דגשים אבל אני מרגיש שיש לי פשוט עקומה שאני לא מצליח לעבור שקשורה אולי לעבודה שאין לי מספיק כוח לקפוץ גבוה מספיק או משהו כזה.. תודה !

בשביל התרגיל הזה אני לא חושב שדרוש הרבה כוח או קפיצה גבוה, חשוב לכוון את הפלג גוף העליון קרוב לברך ולהגיע לפתיחה גדולה ברגליים יחד עם התזמון של הקפיצה מרגל הבסיס
