Hello! Thanks so much for your videos. They are very detailed and informative. I combined my WAEC and GCE results to get the required 5 credits in English and Mathematics. My concerns and anxiety right now are; 1. Will the MOE and MFA authenticate my combined result, and how much will it cost for both if there is a possibility? 2. For the combined O level result, I already have my original WAEC but I don't have my GCE original yet. Will the MOE and MFA authenticate it? 3. Which required WAEC subjects are needed for the Nursing Degree Program in Poland? 4. Since I have an age declaration affidavit attached to my WAEC and GCE results, Will the Polish Embassy in Abuja charge me 90 Euros for these three documents

Please, for your transcript did you use the original hard copy or you printed out the soft copy Because my transcript is in soft copy (original copy), my school didn’t give me the hard copy. Can I use that? I will print it out in coloured

I used the original copy. My school specifically asked for the original copy and what I did is request that it be sent to an office where I then went to pick it up.

Thank you. This is what I needed to hear. I tried filling the form online but I couldn't get through, I don't know why. I will have to do that at the cyber cafe then. My questions is; will they allow me to go about the authentication even if the appointment date I got is far?

It’s advisable to do the authentication at the ministries (Education and Foreign Affairs) close to the embassy appointment date you got.

There’s a way you can collect it. Request for it to be sent to an official address that you know and then you can pick it up there.

Hi sis, i learnt you must authenticate your WAEC result at MOE(thats MOE's requirement) whether you are going for bachelors or masters.. is this true? I'm asking bcz i haven't collected my original waec cert n i don't need it fr masters ... But its like i must get it

It’s best that you take the original copies of your transcript and certificate. These schools would often require you to authenticate and legalize the original copies

Hello So for Hungary if your school does not require you to send authenticated and legalized documents, do i still need to legalize with the embassy before going for the visa appointment. The documents are authenticated though so should i legalize before the visa appointment. Thank you

If you are unable to find a closer date on the application portal, I’ll suggest you send an email to the consulate, asking for a closer date. Make sure to communicate urgency in your email.

What if you're applying to different countries at the same time...if it is legalized in one country Will you have to take it to the other country's embassy??? Also is this process for after getting admission.

That's why you authenticate first and wait for where you will get admission and then legalize it in that embassy where you got admission.

Hiii Can you just authenticate photocopies or you must notarize them first? I heard from somewhere that you have to notarize your documents photocopies before you take it to the ministry of education

It is advisable to authenticate your original documents not photocopies. Before you can notarize any academic document, it has to go through ministry of education and then ministry of foreign affairs before finally going to the embassy.

You’ll have to submit the original documents as well as photocopies by the way. Once your visa decision is out, you’ll get back your original documents.

Hello Good day I read through the requirements needed for Legalisation in the tlswebsite and I saw that the official transcript is needed for Authentication then legalisation. However, my university protocol says that they don't give out the official transcripts to students by hand but they send it to the foreign school that is in need of it and that I only have access to student copy. How do I go about this? Also, my school certificate is not ready yet but I have my statement of result. Can this suffice too?

@@asiwadavid1248 Hello I’m this case, you can use an official institution (say your friend’s office or parent’s office) as the destination of your transcript and you’ll pick it up there. Just make sure to inform them

@@opeyemiomidiji What my school said is that they'll send it as a mail to the foreign school and this same transcript can't be handed down to me as an individual. That I'm only entitled to the student copy. Please, I also asked about the issue of my certificate from not being ready. Will statement of result suffice?
