I purchased on whey protein from healthkart the induction wad had 9 holes in it. All the rest signs point it towards being genuine. I was just concerned about the holes as it had 9 instead of 6. Indian manufactured unit.
HI Team, I just bought ON goldstandrad whey from 1mg , and there is no 6 digit code when I scratched the TRY seal. I tried to call customer care, the call just disconnects after 12-15 min, sent an email, sent a message on FB .. but no reply from any of these channels. Hence posting here. Can someone plese help on what needs to be done next?
I think it's just better to purchase the pouch of 454 gm rather than huge tubs. A tub can be hacked, by simply opening and mixing fake product, but a pouch can never be tempered!

Bottle was opened and sealed from the bottom, I have ordered it from Amazon. If the bottle is opened from bottom, that code and the hologram all are intact.

Thank you for the query Niteen. The codes are unique and can only be used once. As soon as you use them to authenticate once, if you-yourself try to reauthenticate using the same code you will get a message that the code has been used with day and timestamp of when it was used first. i bought Gold standard 100 Whey made in india but it tastes like baby cereal powder , i compared with the USA ON 100 whey Gold standard and i could see a Huge Gap of difference and iam Confused cuz the Indian made has an authentication code and i did authenticate it and it said it legit but the Difference between the USA made and indian made is so Confusing

@aziz kanch I am in a similar situation regarding the taste. In my case, the protein gets too easily unlike previous once. Plus it give a white colour layering as well. Is it the same case with you as well?
I received the product today and have verified the code..the scoop is transparent and induction ward had holes ..the exipiry details and batch is not blue in colour like earlier..is this ok

Not only are colored plastics much harder to recycle, but metallic colored plastics (such as gold) are also non-recyclable. By making our scoops clear, they are now 100% recyclable. And yes, induction wad glued to the neck and is vented (with 6 holes) is genuine. And earlier batch no and details used to be on the bottom of the tub in blue ink, now they are part of the actual label itself. I bought On gold whey vanilla... I scratched the tru authentication code... Half of the silver coating is stuck on it... I cannot see the last 2 digits of the code... Also the bottom of the Jar looks like it was broken by a saw and later sealed again manually. Please help me know how I can authenticate the product

I bought ON 100 gold std vanilla ice cream flavour and was able to open the lid without removing the golden seal. And also the bottom of the lid has a wierd mark as if it was resealed after tearing it once is it like that or should I be worried on the products quality?

I bought double rich chocolate from nutrabay. I checked tru seal code, it is genuine but there is no expiration date printed anywhere on the product and it has 9 holes instead of 6 as you mentioned. Can you please check its authenticity
