I already wrote a thesis, a dissertation and I'm currently working on a book manuscript. Every time I need to do this I go back to this video. Thank you so much. This is so helpful, you have no idea.
Wonderful! Thanks, works very well, I was struggling with this for sometime as I was selecting the multi-level numbering option that's just above the option you showed.
I have a slight problem. When I number the first chapter, the subsections or the next chapters do not get numbered automatically. It just adds '1.' as a prefix to the first chapter. That's it.
thank you very much, i have been having a lot of trouble lately with this one, and had to manually write them until i found you video... again thank you very much.
Body I was searching for a long time about this but I want to know how to apply this on reference for example I want to number a title in the reference then the word number that title in the research or the book
Thanks for the video! However, when I apply this the font automatically changes to calibri, even though I have a different font in the document before following the steps. Any recommendations for making the heading font standard? Is the page brake between chapters automatic? It does not happen in my document.
I was stressing out but then i found your video. Its so easy to understand it. But, i have one problem, secondary sub headings are not showing in table of contents. Can anybody help me out?
Thank you so much for the video. Is it possible to have continuous numbering for all the levels from the beginning of the document/report to the end (irrespective of the headings/level).
