You might want to check out my other video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-a6jLSZxCvvo.html That video will teach you about how you can add multiple products but essentially you need to have a template designed a certain way and then multiple order forms in the back end of your funnel. :)

Thank you for this great tutorial. The only thing that I am not able to do is add my email into the campaign section. I already verified my email in another setting but I am not able to add it into the campaign section and it is a requirement.

Hiya, hmm I think try reaching out to Systeme.io for this one. When your email is verified in your settings you shouldn't have any issues. But yea get in touch with them they are pretty quick to respond.

Hello, you need to make sure that you set your digital product pricing on the back of the funnel, and have your payment options connected in your Systemeio account otherwise it won't show on the form. Hope that helps.

Hiya, the best link to use is a link from either Dropbox or Google Drive. So if you have your digital product like a PDF saved in there, you just need to grab the share link. Hope that helps :)

Hiya, so it depends on where you created your digital product but let's say you made an ebook in Canva. You would go to Share>Download>Save as PDF

Hiya, so you... 1. Add a new automation rule 2. The trigger is when a new sale is made 3. Then add an action which is to add the tag adding a tag helps you to track exactly what they have done 4. Then you add another action which is to subscribe them to a campaign, which will send the email Once you do those steps that's it :) I hope that helps. Sorry it's a little hard to explain in comments.

You need to put the thank you page step after the order form step. So basically in the back end of your funnel, you should have it listed 1. Order form 2. Thank you page. Then you just need to make sure that on the order form the button option says go to next step. Then when someone goes through the process it will automatically go from the order page to the thank you page. Hope that helps.

You just went back to the Thank you page. But you didn't say...are suppose to Exit to go to the Thank you page? Because you just showed the Thank you page without showing how you went back to that page.

Hopefully this helps but its always a good idea to save after you do any edits on a funnel page. Once you exit the funnel page you should be able to see all the funnel step on the left hand side.

Hiya, well basically anything you put on the internet can be stolen if someone really wants to. So the best thing you can do to deter people from doing that is have terms and conditions, policies, and if you find that it is being shared around without paying then ultimately you can take legal action.

Hiya, well technically it kind of replaces Etsy but you could set up a listing on Etsy and then just put links to the sales page, that would probably be a really great way to get traffic. I'm not 100% sure about integrating with POD platforms, sorry, I would reach out to Systeme.io for that one :)

Hiya, yes that's right and then you can just use a button on your thank you page and link your download. It's probably also a good idea to send them an email with the download too just in case :)

Hiya, Systeme.io starts with a free plan and then goes all the way up to an unlimited plan. Because of all its features and functions, it ends up replacing alot of other software at a cheaper price. Hope that helps.

So all you should need to do is add a thank you page as a funnel step rather than trying to link it to any buttons. You just need to make sure the thank you page step, is after the payment page.

Hiya, I've set it up as USD as thats the market that I want to get into and a lot of other people are used to paying in that currency as well. Of course I think your currency depends on what you are selling, where your clients are, and what you are trying to achieve. Hope that helps.

Hey, thank you for the clear instructions. I have created a digital product which is a Canva template ( template link) . I'm having trouble setting it up at the last stage cuz it says you can't view it as u r the owner. Ok so first with Canva links you want to make sure you are adding the right Canva link with the right permisions. You go to Share>Collaboration Settings>Anyone with the link > Can view No you don't have to use tags or an email to deliver your digital product, although I think its a good thing to do incase people accidentally exit the download page to quick. So you could add it to the thank you page and send it via email. Hope that helps

Hiya, love this question. When you have products and are selling on a software like Systeme.io and using funnels. It's really about getting eyes on your products. So all you need to do is figure out where your clients hang out, how much time and energy you have for marketing, then create social media content to attract the attention of those people and entice them onto your email list. Hiya, you absolutely can sell a video as a digital product. You can upload directly, embed links, or add a link from somewhere else like RU-vid.

Hiya, so from memory yes I believe so. If you have an order bump you add it as a tag, then go to automations>rules, set up the trigger and then the action, that way you can make sure you tag people if they buy the order bump. With any purchases that happen in funnels they should all have a tag so you know when and what people buy. Hope that helps.

So once you set up the funnel, everything that you have set up runs automatically. So all you need to do is drive traffic to the funnel. You can do that by creating social media content on RU-vid, Pinterest, or set up ads. Everyone has different skill sets so it's hard to recommend just one thing. It's best to go with something you are interested in, can do long-term, and works with your lifestyle and business. I hope that helps.

How do digital download sellers manage the legal obligations to charge and collect/remit taxes worldwide? Especially when selling in the EU. This is regardless of where you’re selling from but is in fact where the buyer is based? No one talks about it at all!!

Hey there, I think the best thing to do when it comes to any tax questions is to talk to an accountant because the rules are so different in every country. From what kind of tax you pay to how you pay it and it can also depend on how you set up your business. So that’s probably why no one talks about it haha it’s a pretty complex subject.

Yes I know, but there’s a legal obligation to CHARGE tax when selling digital downloads to a lot of countries and it doesn’t matter where you live? So not local taxes (which are super complicated as it is!) but charging them by LAW on our products. That’s what I think should be made clear, even if just to say “this is what the law says, make sure you understand it and check it out for yourself with an accountant” as many people won’t even know this exists 😊

Hiya, I think it depends on how you want to run things from a business perspective. For example, if you have an assistant or employees perhaps you share access with them but you only want them to have access to a certain company set up then you would need three separate accounts. You also have to be mindful of how you want to setup connected accounts like domains and email addresses. Hope that helps

Hiya, the main payment gateways I use are stripe and pay pal but there are a few other I believe you can connect, which allows you to pay in different ways.

Hi there, you will need a Systeme.io account if you follow this tutorial, you don't have to have a domain set up as Systeme.io comes with a built in domain. However its much better for your branding, business, and SEO to have your own domain.

Hi there, I'm new to system io. I have a question. Is it possible to create a wall of downloads and have the customer select a few downloads at a time for download at once? So i can keep adding to that wall every day but i only need to resend out the same link. Without having to constantly creating new funnels, just keep using the same one, Just update it.

@@carolinecaroline2264 Hiya, hmm that's such a good question. I think what you might be better off doing is having a page with all your individual items on it and then at the very top have a bundle offer of everything. Systeme.io doesn't quite have a cart-type feature at the moment. I think they are looking at it but I personally would do all my individual offers, and then one big one at the top. That way you know what individual offers are popular and what other bundles you can create. :) I hope that helps.

Another question, I see there's no cart feature? I have over 2000 digital products... so I'm thinking perhaps this is not the best option for me to move across to then? Usually my customers will add about 5 to 10 products to cart and then check out?

@@KristyLesina Hiya, at the moment there is no add-to-cart feature but do you find you all 2000 products? Or are there products that your clients are always buying and then some that never sell? Remember Systeme.io isn't exactly like a shop it's designed to be a funnel. You want to put your most targeted and popular packaged together for people. I also can’t get my email to send after a purchase. It works in preview mode and during a test email but doesn’t send after purchase.

Hiya, that's such a great question. If you want to have a list or display a lot of digital products then you can set up a template like one I've created called Affiliate Avenue. @@megankern6840 Hiya, you may need to check that your email is set up and verified in Systeme.io correctly. There have been some recent updates that have effected emails being sent. Def reach out to Systeme.io support for specific things like that because they can look into your account and tell you exactly what you need to do :) I hope this helps.

You will need to make sure you have downloaded the funnel, then it should be under the funnel tab.

Hi JO, I have a question, everytime we add a new digital product to sell on systemeio , do we have to add the same product on stripe too. I ahve my systemeio connected to stripe already

Hiya, thanks so much for your question. No, you shouldn't have to. Once you connect Stripe and add products in Systeme.io when you make a sale it should process straight through. Good luck :)

Oh also a good trick if you need to test things is to make your product $1 then you can go through the whole process as if you were a client, and record your screen at the same time so you can pick up any bugs. But don't forget to change it back to the real price after.

Thank you for the great tutorial. Im a bit stuck on the order summary section on the thank you page - it won't me edit it. How do I get around this?

The order summary details are usually connected to the details that you put in when you're setting a price for your product. So go back to the funnel setting and input that data and it will update inside the funnel. Hope that helps.

@@simplywhytedesign2054 I am running into the same problem. I followed the tutorial to the T, twice, and I am still stuck on this same issue as well. No matter what I do, it still says "Price example 1400 USD". Is there a work around for this or is there a new template we can use? I'd really like to use this funnel, but I can't publish it with the dollar amount shown as 1400 USD.

@@shawnhunter6616 Hiya, so if it's showing "Price example 1400 USD" it means that you haven't properly loaded your digital product price into the funnel. When it shows that message, that is just placeholder text. So you need to go back and add your pricing to the order form>scroll down>digital product>pricing plan and add a pricing plan.

Hiya, that's a really good question. The most simple way I would recommend is to create a graphic on your website that links to the systeme.io page, rather than embedding it. Hope that helps :)

I just checked and yes it has to be a paid account 27.00 a month atleast and I’m not sure yet how many they allow for the 27 a month .

I am confused tho when adding a link ? I thought with canva templates its best to link the canva link but u mentioned google drive ?

Hiya @@jjbooker23 , well it depends on what you selling. For example, if you sell a bunch of PDF's you might want to store them in your google drive and link to that file. If you are selling something like a Canva template for Instagram you might want to link directly to the Canva template. Basically all you need is a virtual link that leads to your digital product. I prefer to store things in my own filing system just because its easier to update things like PDF's if I need to. Hope that helps.

Hiya, when you are inside your funnel the first page should have a url you can use to share it.

@@Chigoziemdigiboost Thats right :) The best thing to do with any funnel though is to go through it as if you were a client. That way you can make sure everything is working. You just change the price to $1 and you can refund it or you just get it anyway, but its always a good idea to test your funnels.

Hi, new subscriber here. I'm a bit confused with your video in 1 part (so far). At 3:25-3:31, I feel you completely glossed over HOW to create a funnel and attach to our funnels page. I see you have quite a few funnels on that page... but did I miss the step on what button you push to attach the actual funnel so it shows up on your funnels page? I hope I'm making sense. I'm trying to learn this myself 😕

Hiya, so in this video if you download the free funnel I have it automatically puts the funnel into your systeme.io account, which might be where you are getting confused because I dont think I actually go over creating a new funnel from scratch. Buttt if you want to create a new funnel from scratch all you need to do is go to Funnels>Create>Select what you are trying to do>Click on the new funnel>and then set up your funnel pages. Hopefully that helps :)
