I would like to recommend an immersive translation plug-in for everyone, which can translate web pages bilingually and also translate PDF/EPUB files. It can not only study but also read without barriers
At the moment it is just the subtitles! Voice over translation would actually be pretty neat! Might keep that one in mind as we continue on developing new features :D
We are in the process of creating a phone version. At the moment you can only upload videos into Type from a phone. You cannot edit it on the phone. Soon though :D
@@siriasmoments Yeah, we are just doing a bit or rebranding for the marketing department. The Type Studio editor is still the same and moving ahead with features. Mobile still in the works :D
Ahh, that is a rather interesting situation. I will promptly let the team know about the use-case of detecting a language from the start. Sadly though, I don't believe we have that feature currently so it all relies on the user's ability to know what language is spoken originally... However, I would love to help you out with this! If you want, send over the video to alex@typestudio.co and I can try to work some magic and figure out what language is being spoken :D
So fun fact: we are currently finishing up the ability to have text to speech so you can choose a voice and it will read the transcribed text aloud during the video! So as for the next little bit, its just text but we are SOO close to getting the new feature out! Please stay tuned! :D

I'm not Japanese but I am collaborating with someone in Japan. We were just talking about how we can use TypeStudio or Descript editing video for our upcoming projects. BUT! if we can auto transcribe/translate....WoW! GAME CHANGER! ゲーム•チェンジャー！
ok ok ok...so we are translating from say....spoken日本語Japanese language ---> English Translation equivalent....and/or say...English spoken to 日本語nihongo subtitles/captions?
