I can't change the device connection, cause I have an iPhones 5s and like to change to iPhone via Bluetooth, but the letters are grey and I can't change between the settings.
Where is the USB port? and assuming its on the back, how do you take the head unit out, and how can you have your phone connected while the head unit is in place in your car???? Please help
The USB port is on the back of the in dash receiver. You can see the back of the receiver in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tF7sG4Fl6QE.html
Have an android and it connected to both my phone and my brothers iPhone but recently I did something and now incant connect an new phones to the system
Do you know how to set a custom background image from android/iphone/ipod memory? Cant seem to find any tutorials on it, if you could post a tutorial or share it with me that would be much appreciated!!! (:
No. Don't buy that. If you want to mirror what is on your phone use the AV input RCA on the back of the in dash receiver. And you'll need to apply the parking brake. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--bF3uzzaT30.html
To see DVD video on screen you must engage the parking brake, also know as the hand brake. You can see something similar in this Pioneer You Tube video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7LU2GxhRGrQ.html If you engage the parking brake and still can not see video, the in-dash receiver's Green Parking Brake Wire may have an incorrect connection to the vehicle. You can learn more about wiring the in-dash receiver and the Green Parking Brake Wire in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--bF3uzzaT30.html and you can find more videos on Pioneer's You Tube Channel here: ru-vid.com
To screen mirror from an iPhone 6, you'll first need to get video out of your iPhone, through HDMI adapter and then convert HDMI to RCA. You can run RCA video in to the Pioneer AVH-X2550BT. You can find more videos on Pioneer's You Tube Channel here: ru-vid.com
The Pioneer AVH-X2600BT is from back in 2013. App Radio mode is becoming a thing of the past. I recommend to stop pressing the Mode button. You'll need the Pioneer App Radio Mode app and a compatible phone. You can find more videos on Pioneer's You Tube Channel here: ru-vid.com
What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? What phone are you using? Do you have the Pioneer AppRadio app installed on the phone? Is the phone plugged directly into the receiver through USB? The Pioneer AVH-X2600BT was manufactured back in 2012 and was made to work with iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 of the era. In 2022 June, it's possible a modern phone with the current OS will not be recognized by the receiver. Bluetooth may be the best connection method for a modern phone and this receiver. anyone figure out how to do this with an android like rooting blah blah blah bought a pioneer to match the rest of my cars audio system and boy did I shoot myself in the foot by doing that. let's get an update pioneer.
Jimbo Slice Yea but through Bluetooth the apps don't work on. But when I connect it the ought the USB. App radio doesn't work but Mixtrax does. It does take a lot of tweaking tho. Now I ios8 comes out next week. Probably no apps will work then.
Owen Cooper since the ios8 update. My connection has been playing up. Whenever I turn the radio on. Within the first 30 seconds it connects then plays my music from the last position. Then it disconnects and starts from the top of the song list every time and that's wired n Bluetooth connection. It's very annoying. Plus there is no software update available from pioneer. That is the only problem I really have. What's wrong with yours?
The Pioneer AVH-X2650BT was manufactured back in 2013 The receiver was designed to operate with iPhone 4 and older (not newer) products and I don't think AppRadio Mode will work with a modern 2020 iPhone. There is a USB port on the back of the receiver. You can see it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tF7sG4Fl6QE.html You can plug in your iPhone and you may get simple iPod operation for music stored on the phone. Pandora may also work. You can see it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sE8Qc6Tzw1Y.html You should be able to use Bluetooth for Hands free calling, and wireless streaming audio.
