Hello, thanks for the important information, but please i have a question concerning the usage of a different network, i want to be clear about this, is it that the 2nd time i want to access the Paypal account i have to change my network provider, or i have to be changing the network provider all the time i want to access the account. Please can you explain the rationale behind changing ISP on the next try after creating it with another network? This is very urgent as it is confusing and counter-intuitive. One would have thought that sticking with the same IP address would build trust with PayPal's monitoring systems, so asking us to change IP address is a major curveball. Kindly reply please.

He means you should use a different sim card, or if you used data to first time use a wifi or different hotspot the next time, you could also use a VPN which will change your IP address

Hello I created my Paypal successfully with NIN card no problem. But I tried to link my geegpay usa account to Paypal but it doesn't work I think you should make a video on that. I chatted with the customer service and they told me that I have to be in the UAE to add a usa bank and not in another country that that was restricted.. Reply please I need to add the usa bank account
