hello my instagram account has been disabled by the Instagram community by mistake , because I don't follow the community guidelines. So I requested to instagram for take back my acc. I have never had an instagram account and it literally bans me instantly upon account creation. It banned my email adress, so I had to create a new one just for that and AGAIN it got insta banned. WTF?! Why am I not allowed to have an instagram account? They dont even know me lmao.

I have a question please What if I use a proxy and log in to Instagram and make follow requests and likes, but it doesn't happen when I follow or like it doesn't happen, for example I follow 10 people and I request to follow 100 people I'm supposed to have 110 people I follow right but the 10 people are only I also want to know how the proxy works to prevent these requests from happening. Apparently you cannot unfollow people as you wish. Got banned without warning nor hesitation. Wtf is that. Tried contacting meta live chat, they didn’t help one bit. Hey, it means Instagram has blacklisted your IP address because it was associated with too many accounts, botting, or anything else that's against the platform's rules. You can either reboot your internet router or turn on flight mode for a few seconds, so your IP will change automatically. And in the future, use proxies and antidetect browsers when managing multiple accounts. It depends on your chosen provider. But regarding residential proxies, it could be anywhere between $4-$15 per gigabyte, depending on your chosen plan, provider and activated proxy features. It depends on how many accounts you're managing. But in most cases, a VPN won't help. The reason is that a VPN doesn't try to hide the fact that you're using it, whereas a proxy gives full anonymity. My question is that is instagram blocking my vpn's ip address or my actual residentual ip address? I'm sorry to hear that. If an account is suspended, you can contact customer support, appeal, and get it back. Though, if it's disabled, the issue is permanent. For example, Instagram typically disables an account if one's repeatedly breaking the terms of service. But sometimes accounts get disabled by mistake and if it's your case, again contact customer support. Regarding the IP ban, it's difficult to tell - some bans last up to 24 hours, whereas others are permanent. You can try and wait it out or get yourself either a VPN or proxies.

Instagram uses Mac addresses for bans now. Changing an ip won't help

It's hard to confirm whether that's actually true, but if you wanna be safe, then antidetect browsers can be a solution. Most of them now spoof various digital fingerprint parameters, including MAC address.
