I have a draft man of 36 years that is doing my job, the only problem I have dealing with him is that his bill of quantity is excessive for 4 bedroom duplex. Based on what I got from your informative lectures, I realized that he's over billing, due to the fact that he's not buying the materials. So, Engineer Damian what do I do. Thanks for your help.

We've handled a situation recently between a mother and a son, where the mother was actually buying the properties her son gave her money to buy in her name instead of the Son's name, and when the son wanted the properties she refused to give him and he couldn't fight cos the properties were not even in his name, so legally they were not his

Desmond is whoever he says he is, I have done some furnitures for some of his projects, this man is a perfectionist which is a good thing for whoever he is building for, but for those of us working for him he's a handful but he brings the best out of his workers.
