Although I was a complete atheist / skeptic, and uneducated in the occult and yogic practices, I took up a regular meditation practice. I was looking to improve depression issues. I meditated for an hour or two each day for nearly two years. To my surprise, one day I had an enlightening vision of the ouroboros. A giant serpent tried to kill me by strangling me, but I remained seated and the snake couldn't bite me. It tried to strike and strangle, but it wasn't able to because it was all in my mind. Eventually the furious serpent swallowed its own tail and was caught in an eternal loop. Once I saw the ouroboros, I was overwhelmed with the feeling of calmness and I saw myself sitting in the cosmos with a serpent in the form of ♾ around me. You can hear me talk about it on my channel. It was a life changing experience for me. I'm still trying to understand it. That's why I'm watching this video...which is excellent, BTW! Thanks for all the excellent content!

When I was young I always felt different. I have a mom and dad but they have no part in my life. I had a learning disability and it brought a lot of emotional pain in my life when I was young. I was taken my by dad who been out of prison for a few years and was very abusive to everyone and wife he had ever married. I was basically born into a family of disconnected love. After my dad took me I went on a downward spiral in my life. I was 12 when he took me. I think something dark attached to me during this face in my life. I felt stuff in my room and became very depressed. I developed a shake in my hands. I think my stepmom tried to help me by sending me to church and Christian camps didn't help I wanted nothing to do with religious fakes. fast forward a few years I ran away when I was 17 to get out of the environment of my dads and stepmothers house. I ended up a year or two later meeting a shaman who invited me to a healing circle. A few days later I had a dream of floating up to the stars and breathing in this thick air. I woke up that morning with a new sense of me. I felt great I felt like I had a mission in life. I saw love in the earth and felt the enormous energy flowing through me. Sometimes It was too much. This experience gave my life meaning and healing. I believe it was spontaneous Kundalini rising.

True experience of Kundalini awakening you can recognise when you feel a cool breeze flowing over your hands and out of your head. I am 19 and I have recently awakened my kundalini without knowing anything about what it was as such,I just was practicing basic breathwork for relieving anxiety and for sleep purposes and one day I tried out mindful meditation,it was such a tremendous and ecstatic experience that shocked me from within and I could see lotus figures and white lights everywhere and realised I have come to a different plane of conciousness within mys elf and lost my self identity in that moment completely.the energy kept rising and rising and as it accidental and I felt the high voltage energy is too much in my new circuit or the body to bear and I had to ground most of the energies (as it caused blockages in chakras) to mother earth and now I am fine but now I am trying to be on this path of realisation but I need a guru desperately so that I become one with my atman.

I saw a serpent/dragon during my kundalini awakening its scales looked like the lotus petals. and I looked into a past life. And found my purpose also I felt the energy surging it was like ecstacy felt the connection with god and source.

From your video I started my research on kundalini and gods now I can say that without a yagya no person can understand what kundalini is

No pain , no gain. Kundalini is to die for but I'm learning it isn't free. The physical and mental detoxification has been really hard on my body and ive been active for over 4 years.. I activated it on accident through meditation and I've even opened the last gate/chakra and ascended to the cosmic truth. But now that the glamour and beauty has passed I'm still going through a rough detox

When i had my first awakening it was like an electrical surge went up my chakras and it was pleasureful. I could literally hear the buzz of the frequency, it was similar to the hiss of a snake... my third eye has not opened yet but when that happened i did see a face accompanied with a white light. I became in a super conscious like state, like i could see other places, with my minds eye...i almost burst into tears of joy at how amazing my energy really is.

I have never seen someone explaining this concept so to the point yet so in depth ... an eye opener ... n being an avid shiv bhakt .. this is the hightest wisdom i have known 🔱

I have had this experience, and it is extremely profound. Once the energy hits the third eye and crown chakra, the Ego-Self dissipates and all that is left is Oneness. Christ Consciousness. With that being said, the story about Adam and Eve not eating the Apple is what helped me in my Kundalini awakening. This is because, once the root chakra is activated it travels its way up every single chakra and clears negative and dense energy blocks that may be preventing the flow of Prana/Shakti. During this process however, a lot of false and egoic beliefs about the Self emerge, and if you "Eat" the apple, or accept the false beliefs to be True, then the Kundalini energy stops traveling up. In this situation, one must be very intent on remaining still, and not letting the fear of "dying" or permanently losing oneself take over the psyche.

I've seen that lotus.. It was a singular pattern that I can only describe as representing everything. It was the totality.. it went on seemingly forever and I saw things there, simultaneously individual and part of the whole. That image of that lotus seriously scares the shit out of me.

I discovered Kundalini on accident haha. One night I wanted to meditate, but I didn't want to get out of my bed to do the classic cross your feet and yoga pose. So I decided to put my feet on the wall, cross them, and meditate. I did this for about 20 minutes. Later that night, I woke up with energy flowing through my spine, heart beating fast, and intense sweating. The energy massaged my lower back, upper back, throat, and back of my head. This experience was wonderful, but I didn't know if I was the only person to ever experience this, so I Googled it. 🤔 I've also heard the Maa Kali is the heart chakra. I am a devotee and have had tremendous opening in that chakra but I have also now been able to start singing which amazes me. The sound just effortlessly comes out.

I had a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening. I'm not sure if it has changed anything except for my desire to get back to that state of mind. It lasted for a couple hours, and I would love to speak to someone about my experience, but most people don't know what I'm talking about. It wasn't just a glimpse; it was full blown Awakening. It finally dissolved, and it took a while to even understand what happened. It was Bliss. Every question I had was instantaneously answered. Bless everyone reading this.

Raja you are so knowledgeable and a great presenter. Thank you for posting this as in the America's we don't have many gurus that speak English and are as well versed in these teachings. There is a lot of fear still as people cling onto Western values and denounce Eastern tradition. When I started on my reiki journey, many people reacted like it was demonic and some fundamentalists even claim that Kundalini is demonic. I do not prescribe to this belief but it is challenging as you see images in the media that seeds fear into one's mind. Talks such as this help demystify a lot of the wisdom shared in Hinduism. Great video! The Egyptians used a device called "cylinders of the pharaoh" made from copper and zinc cylinders filled with quartz when held produce up to 1.5 volts. This device is said to do many things including active your kundalini. Make them yourself or buy them on amazon or etsy.

I'm at 17:55 and I wanted to put this out too. Jesus' traditional age when he was crucified and resurrected was also 33 and it is said that in Heaven (or Paradise) we all would be in the age of 33. Geeez...just went onto Wikipedia and looked for Nr. 33...this goes deep in nearly every religion we know and much more. Look it up it's very interesting!

I was either the first human being born with Kundalini turned on, or I'm the first person that turned on this energy with a single small thought of addressing my worst fear, an experience happened. Look at DNA symbol, I felt a electric hum from my feet in the shape of the snakes going up the dna helix symbol. I need to find a guru or I will die.

I have done research and became some what "fearful" of what I have read and realise that maybe this information was deliberately put out to stop people finding their own "Divinity." OmG, I have done Ayahuasca several times I do practice shamanism and I know my kundalini is awake I pray and meditate everyday and do my ceremonies as well. Its a true blessing. I remember when the energy was rising up I feel the back of my neck cracking giving space to the energy to go up. It was a very powerful experience.

This explains my life (journey, this life anyway) when I was very young at a church camp (I was raised Christian) I gave my life to Christ (what I realized later was the Christ consciousness/unconditional/divine love) around 12/13, then when I was 18 I was driving alone during the day on a long road for about an hour and I felt this supernatural force enter my body (grace) and I felt nothing but unconditional love, infinite peace and I cried (I wasn't thinking of anything sad, I remember it vividly) for about a minute and it left. I know now what that was, even though at the time I didn't. Not until I was almost 30 did I meet someone who gave me my 1st self-help book, which lead to an Eckhart Tolle book (later) she also had a Kundalini Yoga DVD that I've now been practicing for 13 years (I've practiced many styles of yoga and meditation since). I had many problems I needed to face from my parents, anger, judgment, fear, guilt, shame. And over the years, listening and reading many teachers lectures, studying many different religions, and surrendering more and more to the great Spirit/God/Universe I found true freedom. Where there is no "I", only the Infinite Creator, a peace that surpasses all understanding, and unconditional love, compassion, and Universal Wisdom/Divine Intelligence that now moves where there was once a person, "Life is the dancer, and you are the dance" ~ Eckhart Tolle
