Disagree, your heart chakra I believe is the source of mental instability, because that's where emotions and pain are felt. Trauma becomes brought up and it's called "the dark night of the soul"
I was doing breath work several nights in a row along with meditation and binaural beats because it help me sleep I'm the one of the nights I sought the Centre's you start flowing through and around my body i felt like I was tingling it freaked me out so I stopped what I was doing and went to sleep that night I have the best sleep ever. I had no idea what kundalini was I think I might have raised it.
So... What if you experience ascension before birth? What happens then? Let me clarify; if you notice a big flash of light in the mind, even in the womb of your mother, which is what I'm told is what you see for this... Is that an awakened state, and if so, what happens after that?
You do the work nobody wants to - you go within, you look at the shadows you’ve never faced. The trauma. Speaking from personal experience, I never even knew what a kundalini awakening was until it happened and I look back and realise it’s been years leading up until this point. I understand what he means though. You have to be able to see the world for what it really is, be stripped back of your ego, before you’re ready to deal with this kind of energy. You can’t explain it in words almost. In essence, the trauma must leave your body. Not just your trauma tho.
