The first trick I learned growing up was the tornado kick in practicing martial arts. I have seen different variations over the years. I wouldn't mind seeing your own!
I've always wanted to do this one and I think with this I will be able too!! I thought I was doing them for a long time, and my friend tells me the whole time I was actually doing a front 360 with the setup for a b- twist? Thank you!
If i could make a suggestion, please make more advanced FreeRunning tutorials, when i started watching your tutorials i couldnt even do a flip, now in only 2 years of freerunning i can do everything you have a tutorial for plus like a bunch more, your tutorials helped me soooo much i wouldnt be where i am today without them! :D im sure there are others who are in a similar situation, it would be nice to have more advanced tutorials and tutorials for tricks that dont have them, gate flip, angel drop, side full, implosion, kong front to dash thingy, worm cast ect ect. there are plenty of tutorials out there for these easy tricks, im sure it would benefit to make more uncommon ones :) plus i really wanna master the hard tricks and i can use all the help i can get XD
Hello from Australia, just wanted to say my 8 year old son found you on youtube and is obsessed he is practising his safety roll like crazy because you told him that is the most important thing lol and now wants me to start doing it with him, so thanks i guess lol, just wondering if you have a warmup/stretching video for him to watch thanks?
Hey thanks for sharing! That's awesome your son is so into it. I don't currently have a warm up video but you can find some good ones on youtube. Simply though just doing some basic movements (jogging, bear crawl, hangs/pull ups, etc..) and stretches is beneficial.
Thanks for the tips i will look them up, also just some feedback watching your videos you are a natural born teacher i feel comfortable letting my son watch any of your videos keep up the good work.
I feel like its better to just do the flip then play it in slow motion instead of explaining it (well at least for me) because idk if I'm a quick learner but I just watched the slow motion bit over and over and I did it first try
Thanks Ronnie, parkour is something ive always wanted to do and this is my first step to ground flips. I am starting to take a trampoline and tumbling class at a gymnastics center near me Hoping to get good thanks for inspiring me!
Can you do an "A twist" tutorial? I'm 10 and I started doing parkour at 8 I can almost frontflip on flat ground. I couldn't even be close to where I am today if it wasn't for you.
Could you explain better tips for people that are left or right. Don't know if you can do both sides. Probably you could but sometimes it's confusing for me wich side I need to practice on.
my biggest question is how long does it take to practice and to actual master this move? i used to try and practice to do a breakdance move - windmill and i never got the hang of it
Your tutorials are awesome :) I love the slow motion you've been doing; as part of a drawing experiment I'm going to be drawing a lot of parkour moves, and these are amazing for reference.
Can someone please help me I jump with my left foot and kick with my right. But no matter how hard I try I always land on my right foot instead of my left
Can you do a tutorial just on how to twist in flips. I can do all the basic flips, but when it comes to twisting, I seem to have a little trouble getting it.
