Another thing, when you have wings that flicks a lot. What my last resort would be is to watch the opponents blockers and believe that they will block the spike and I'll calculate the angle and go to that spot.

For me as a back row most of the time on my team, I usually use 3 and do backrow attacks.

Diving really gave me a bad habit, i just press it everytime instead of receiving the ball, and half the time it doesnt even work, so ill try to break off that habit before it gets worse
