The Backside Lipslide is definitely an advanced skateboard trick. It is pretty similar to the Frontside Boardslide because you slide with your back in the direction of movement. The only difference is that you have to lift your back truck over the rail before you start sliding. This makes the Backside Lipslide a little more difficult than the Frontside Boardslide. You can do the BS Lipslide on curbs, rails, ledges and transitions. In the beginning, we suggest you start on a rail or curb.

In order to learn the Backside Lipslide you need a good Backside 180 Ollie, a good Frontside Boardslide and some balls. If you think you can handle all that, go for it!
