Starting badminton at the age of 41, your videos are the best. Details I don't get anywhere else. Each session I start to get better and better following your advices. Without it, I hurt myself quite a lot previous to your videos. No good grip, bad footwork, putting too much strain in shoulder and wrist...I even start to be able to defend against stronger players with the rythm you explain. The most difficult part still be the clear backhand, as I'm left handed (have to mimic every video, but with reverse gesture). This video comes pinpoint, coming back front a shoulder injury, due to bad gesture (and some previous videos helped too). How to take consciousness about the move of hips-torso-elbow is not that easy (following the shuffle but not looking to the front for the backhand is super hard, from my opinion). Well, thank you deeply
I'm left handed as well and I couldn't have said it better. I have played badminton for many years, and watched tons of RU-vid videos on badminton training. All in all, I found coach Han's approach innovative, and his emphasis on the fundamentals incredibly helpful.
Oh my god! I made it!!! After weeks of watching these videos I finally made a perfect one :)) Unfortunately, I can't replicate it just as well again. Have to practice much more to get it consistent. Thank you so much!
