How to bake a simple carrot orange cake without an oven

Let's bake a simple orange carrot cake.
Ingredients
1/4 tbs of baking soda
1/2 tbs of baking powder
I tbs orange zest
I cup orange juice
2 tbs of carrots
2 cups of all purpose flour
3tbs sugar
2 eggs
