@@progressivefoods1 pls nt overnight cake in fridge. Cake dat ve ben in fridge for long like one or two weeks. n it has become hard, .. Mean fridge oo nt in freezer....

Thanks for the lecture ma,please what if someone will not be decorating it same day,i watch one of your video,so i can rap the cake immediately after removing from oven,to keep it moist?,please ma,should one leave it outside or put it inside freezer till the next day?another questions i have is,after bringing it out from the freezer, can one start decorating it immediately or leave for some mint before decorating.
