If you have a kale plant in the backyard there is a likelihood that you have A LOT OF KALE! So let's make a healthy snack that only takes 15 minutes.
WHAT YOU NEED //
Kale (fresh from the garden)
Seasoning of your choice (salt + pepper)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Garlic Salt (optional)
Baking Sheet
Parchment Paper
STEP BY STEP //
Heat the oven to 350°F (convection oven)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Tear Kale leaves off of stems and discard stems
Wash and dry Kale leaves
Coat with EVOO + Add a pinch of salt
Massage Kale for 1-2 minutes
Spread onto Baking
Put in preheated oven for ~10 minutes (watch until golden brown)
Let rest and add optional garlic salt or other toppings
Serve + ENJOY!
