@@aakashfr This is my most popular video even though I made it in 2015. Like consistently 3-5K views a day. So hopefully it will help promote the course I made on balancing. Problem is, my sense is that people know how to balance after the video and don't need the course!
Love how my teacher explains this for an hour and I understood nothing, but you explained it in 5 minutes and I thought I was being blessed by a miracle
@@seriouslyreal3591 Zone out for one second and the whole world turns around on its head. Look away for one second and the whiteboard will be full of *insert name of a language you don't know* .
These days, 2 things matter the most. 1) Good teaching 2) Good visuals and this video covers both. Really helped me understand how to balance equations. Thanks!
bruh, so you're telling me all it took was 5 minutes to understand what -for the life of me- i couldn't begin to comprehend for the past 3 years? you're a lifesaver.
Before this balancing of equation looked hard, but now I am finding it simple.Thank you so much. May God continue to give you more Knowledge to continue to help others,In Jesus Name( Amen)
Thank you Mr. B! Nursing student here. My chem class is only 8 weeks long so things are moving very fast. This channel is literally what's helping me keep my head above the water. You are truly a blessing and I am very grateful!
@@subhashmishra7041 So make sure you understand this first: Coefficients & Subscripts: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wGNgY2XoYPs.html Then this might help: Practice Balancing: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Qci7hiBy7EQ.html
Omg, you taught this with so much ease and I too learnt it with a lot of ease! Wish you were my chemistry teacher. Thank you Dr. B you deserve more praise!
Don't worry, once you get the idea it's fairly easy. Most of the time people have problems because they try to change the little numbers after the element symbols. You can only change the number in front (called the coefficients)! Give this practice video a try and see if that helps: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Qci7hiBy7EQ.html --- Dr. B
Do you mean balanced equation? Start with 2Na + 2H2O and see where that gets you. Remember that you have to add up all the H atoms in the NaOH + H2. That is often where people have problems. --- Dr. B
My teacher made it look so horrible and difficult that even when she explained this to me the third I did not understand and as I was scared I did not ask her also, but because of this video of yours now chemical balancing is very easy for me and I can easily balance any chemical equation ,Thank You sir for uploading this video as it helped me alot ❤️❤️❤️❤️
just taught a friend of mine a few years younger than me how to balance equations. And thought it was only right I come back to the man who's pretty much taught me most of the maths i know relating to chemistry, in the most simple way. So I just want to say a huge thankyou to you sir, and wish nothing but happiness to you and your family Lots of love from the UK
So it has always been as simple as this, huh... 😄 It's been about ten years now since high school, and I thought I would never learn to balance a chemical equation. Thanks for the lesson, Dr.
Hey Mr Wayne. I have a chemical exam coming up and it's really embarrassing I don't know this stuff yet but you really helped me thank you very much. My teacher can't teach this in 3 years but you taught me in 5:00 without confusing me. Man whoever are your students they must be extremely lucky to have you
@@wbreslyn could you help me out with the whole oxidation and reduction thingy, it's very difficult for me!I'm not sure what to really do in it, (chemistry isn't my most liked subject)
@@algae2496 Redox is difficult for most everyone (including myself when I was a student). I've been meaning to create a series of videos on redox but haven't had the time. For now I'd recommend the Khan Academy series (www.khanacademy.org/science/chemistry/oxidation-reduction/redox-oxidation-reduction/v/introduction-to-oxidation-and-reduction) but realize this is challenging content to learn. Then do many practice problems. --- Dr. B
Even though my teacher teached me a hundred times, still I couldn't understand. But after watching this video I understood everything.. Thanks so much 👍👍
That was amazing! like why doesn't my instructor make it this simple? literally sat looking at my online assignment for an hour trying to figure it out and then I found this and BOOM 5 minutes got it! I love your channel:)
Oml but this saved my life something my old grumpy teacher cant explain in an hour you explain in literally 5 minutes .I really went 'OHHHHH' when I watched this video 8 years ago and it still helps thousands of chem student every day tysm man 🙏
@@4bhi820 I asked other people how they did on their ap tests from a year ago and they responded. I was just curious so I guess we'll just leave it at that
It’s my first year in uni and while taking chem class the doctor said that we should know how to balance them already while i was there not knowing how to since no teacher could teach me how but this random vid on RU-vid taught me all that in 5 min
Thank you. Chemistry really interest me back in school, but it been a long time ago. Almost 10 years now and I found myself forgetting most of the stuff. Your video help fill out the gap.
my teacher full on just said “go back and forth between the equation” and everyone just magically understood what she meant??? what????? but fr you saved me from a chemistry test that i have next week
For some reason I was confusing the heck out of my students explaining this. I put on your video and they got it right away. Thanks for sharing your gift of teaching with the world.
thx sir for this helpful video.... i am in class 7 and tomorrrow i have my chemistry exam.... now i am clear in balancing chemical equations....once again lots of thank you😀😀😀😀😀😀😁😁😁😁😁😊😊 i request sir for more chemistry videos..... ICSE board... plz sir... i will be waiting... THX
Thank you for this video. Just as I found it challenging to understand what the book was teaching me, you cleared things up for me. Also, this video helped me to see the bigger picture of what is going on in these equations.
We need more balancing equations with indirect ques example:water compund reacts with hydrogen gas to give -............. Like this only words we want to write the formula and solve by balancing..
it's mind blowing how you explain better than my teacher, including the other yt vid! this is much simplier and i finally understand how to do it instead of feeling that i'm incredibly dumb to the point i will never understand it!
I had trouble understanding my teacher's method, which involves more work, but after watching this I can balance my equations! I hope it helps others like me who have trouble understanding :)
Man I wish this guy was my teacher, my teacher spent 45 minutes explaning this and I didnt understand a thing and this guy taught me how to balance chemical equations in 5 min
