Hi. When you remove the balloons from the foam board, does it damage the foam board when the glue dot peels off it? Thank you

Yes they will peel the foam board. I normally pop balloons first and then cut the residue off to less damage the foam board

these are rentals.... they taka so much time to make to just give them out for free
