Omg. At 46, this woman always started the bar laces the way you did but took one end and put it all the way up to the top and than went back and forth across with the lace 😂 😂 my nearly 18 year old son watching me pause and rewind ur vid 4 times to get it right for one pair of cons… now to watch the rest of your converse vid for my other 6 pairs and see have tied them similar. Thanks. I appreciate it ❤

That's how I bar laced a pair of very cool knee-high tobacco-colored lace-up suede boots I used to have many years ago. It worked well, but I never thought to try another method to bar lace them. I sure miss those boots! They were so comfortable! I've looked for years to find another pair like them, but can't find any even close to them anywhere! ☹

I just received a pair of custom blue and orange Converse that I plan to wear at my college Homecoming! I purchased a pair of satin shoestrings to lace up my shoes. I had NO idea how to achieve this particular style; but I knew this was what I wanted/preferred. This was a wonderful tutorial! Something I couldn't have achieved without your assistance! And it didn't hurt that your voice is very calming! Thank you🧡💙
