+Ultimate Baseball Training This is just superb, I have been researching "agility exercises baseball" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Penonnor Baseball Babaco - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.

Good job with last one I have seen them all and that’s the first time I’ve seen that one and it’s perfect for infielders to understand to keep shoulders square to home and be able to shift hips.

coach Justine, I have a very important question , this is about the underload and overload training, is that i use a bat weight of 24 oz for my regular bat, is it the right weight. I am 16 years old

miguel angel forero cortez It all depends on how strong you are and what you prefer I like a heavier bat so I can get the most power I use a 31in 28oz

Logan Zermeno no I mean that i put a bat weight in my regular bat, that bat weight weighs 24 oz, but i Read that the use of a bat weight, don't increase Bat speed, instead of that it decrease bat speed

miguel angel forero cortez if you use it on the on deck circle that's when it decrees it but for training outside of the game that's fine. Same concept as working out
