Here's the deal! I figured out my wife watches your channel a day or two before it rains. She knows I use a lot of your receipes and she holds it over my head. It's raining, I'm tired, it's late in the evening, and she would really like a whole smoked chicken. Between the sizzling fajitas, slaw burgers, fries, and a bottle of ski (her favorite) she's wearing me out on rainy days. Last week, I had to throw a tarp over a mulberry limb to grill up some fish on the Webber. I may scoff at first, but what she doesn't realize, I enjoy every minute I can throw a match to wood. In other words, guess I'm heading to the HEB in bellmead. Soooo love your receipes. Ive almost got her working the Webber. Thx for all you do, Chef.
Here in Australia we call it the parsons nose or "the last bit over the fence" thanks for the recipe. With you wing tips I put a small nick with the knife at the front of the leg and poke the wing tip in the hole, it forced the wing to sit in nice and tight so that the string stays on better. Thanks for the recipe I’m sorry for the no butter. All the best Regards Duzzy🇦🇺
Very nice Chef. And thanks for answering about the cutting boards last week. I was going to try hitting them with sand paper also but was hearing not to do that, might contaminate them. My thought was get them knife marks out and smooth the surface would help keep them cleaner. I'm going to give it a try and will let you know how it turns out. Thanks again for sharing all your knowledge with us.
Hi Chef that is one good looking bird really moist great content as always. Question for you Chef butcher's string is hard to get here for domestic use any suggests of what I can use as a substitute especially if I want to do a rotisserie chicken thanks in advance. Do have a great week.
YellowGushers that can happen. You have to make sure you get the chicken to 165 degrees. I hope everyone is ok. Just as a side note. Sometimes it is not the last thing you ate that make you sick. Some food borne illness takes a couple days f days to show up. But be safe and cook that chicken all the way.
