From my experience I'm very calm and not the fight type but it's way scary if you see me mad because it's rare and if it happens it's just time to run. I believe one can be calm and then also stand for themselves ofc not everyone is like this.

I don't think ignore is really work for some people, in my case since I am the only one suit to be their target, they just try to pick on me every time even I ignore them and they even increase more people to bully on me just to build more pressure. Beating them psychologically might work but I am not that smart at that time so not possible for me (also I think they will still beat me out of violence anyway if I did beat them that way). So just want to say you can try ignore them and if it work, it worked, if it not, it not.

@@Darkriders100 tell them they are right at everything if you do not get angry they won't find fun bullying you, that's the main thing. That said I would go to the gym or train in case you need to beat them one day if they are violent, I am sure they will get intimidated if you do not let yourself be punched.

Allow me to share some experience. Ignoring doesn't work for everyone I don't encourage people to do this as well, but it worked for JPC so it might work on some but not all. Bullying usually has a pattern and it will always start with words. Not all people are good with talking or with words in general and that I can understand cuz some people are introverted and are nervous in a confrontation(not all of them tho). If you let them push you and starts shit with words like slander, rumors, insults, and these bullies will take it as just "teasing" and not anything other than such. Thing is there are a lot of ways to handle this like going to the teacher, adviser, guardian, heck even the school discipline committee. But only go to them when you yourself can speak up and be the bigger person cuz there is a chance that these bullies can be talked down. I'm not sure about other culture but in the Philippines I haven't encountered someone who speaks with their fist. So again just speaking from experience and it may not work for everyone. Point is fan down the flames while it's small. Don't let these people push you around, care about what's going to happen. Don't ignore these situations.

It's true tho, I had an ex friend that I hang out when I was a kid and he would never bully me alone but if his friends were around and bullied me he'll join. I think he just was scared to lose friends and that proves your point a lot.
