I've been applying to jobs via teachaway website still nothing I wonder what I'm doing wrong and my references are still in pending since been more than 3 months now. If I may ask what is happening?

Hello! If your references are shown as "pending", it means your referees have not filled out the reference form yet. Regarding the application process, schools have their own hiring timelines and we cannot say for sure when you will hear from them. Check your email regularly, as any communication from them will come to you through email.

They show wait for the form, or pending automatically means the forms has been sent to them, only thing left is for them to complete the form?

@@nonsikelelomahlalelo5859 "Pending" means that the form is automatically sent to the referee's email address, and it's waiting for your referee to complete the form.
