Thank you for this video 🙏😌 I see that I'm not good at forgiving others. I do it in my head, I do the whole process, find ways to understand why they did it... But in my heart it stays, as a hurt and resentment, I'm stuck in anger... And it's really painful for me. I can't really let go and accept that they hurt me, and somehow actually I want to break up with them... Mostly to be free from the pain of anger and resentment. I'm so tired of this..... 😔

I know forgiveness is not easy - maybe look at why you’re holding on so tight ( there is always a reason ). This is where journaling can be super helpful. My resentment journal walks you through a process of working through the hurt. You can do it Tom!

@@MichelleFarrismft Thank you 🙏 I could try a journal. I've been trying to look at the "hook", why I'm holding on so tightly... But haven't been able to see it yet. It's deep and hidden, or I'm just too much in the middle of it.

@@y9w1 yeah, it can take awhile to be able to let go for sure. YOU'll o it in your own time Tom. :)

Dont forgive them for their sake, forgive them for yourself. Best way to do this is to go into a restful meditation when your subconcious is open to suggestion and do a guided meditation on forgiveness. Bringing that person to your space in your mind, speaking to them what your inner self needs to say, and then hearing the response from them in your mind of what you need from them in order to forgive. Holding onto resentment is only damaging yourself. ❤

@@MichelleFarrismft I'll be looking for it. Most of my self esteem has been from abusive family in the past but right now it takes hits when my partner calls me narcissistic without explaining how I am because I share uncomfortable similarities with an ex of his that was balls to the walls psycho narcissistic. Heck adjust saying I'm mr and who I am to him apparently is narcissistic.

I had anxiety Because i was trying to impress my crush but failed I said the way you say my name is funny😊 And he didnt react well I wanted to make him laugh But he ended up ghosting me I did try to apologise if he was offended Its been 2 months and no response Im not a bad person or a bully. Its never my intention to make someone feel a certain way.

Hi Michelle what should I do because I keep eating fast food and I do not know how to stop 🛑 and I feel bad because I make mistakes because I made a mistake today at school and I feel dum for making mistakes
@MichelleFarrismft
@MichelleFarrismft Год назад
You're not alone! It's called compulsive overeating and there is a program for that called overeaters Anonymous www.oa.org and they provide FREE Zoom meetings every day - so I'd suggest trying that first. There IS a valid reason why you are eating too much - and this group will help you stop.
