Tip: snipe the driver windows from far away, then go up and steal it. Shooting out the window will automatically unlock it. Just remember to have suppressed weapon to do it

A few things. 1) This is better and more realistic if you use Franklin in the undercover cop car you get through one of his strangers and freaks missions. 2) You don't need to call the cops for back-up. Just enter wanted level up cheat for 2 stars until they arrive, then enter wanted level down quickly. This way they will arrive much, much quicker. 3) If you prefer to be a uniformed cop, you aren't limited to Michael. Trevor also has the highway patrol uniform unlocked after end game, provided you don't take him out, that is.

It would be sick if R* allowed your player to get employed and do actual jobs.

Fun-NEEEE! You get stars the instant you start "helping" the cops outside a random stranger mission. Nothing of what you did is anything you couldn't have done without the police car. All you do is make-believe you are a cop by doing it in a cop car and uniform.

Better way how to be a cop in GTA 5 (story mode) : Go to charecter menu , director mode , take an LCPD charecter male or female black or white (no racist) , make in settings Wanted Status none , inviciability on , steal car and be real cop.

tbh, they really should make a new open world game based on being a police officer or something, L.A Noire was awesome, but I think there is potential about creating a story based on a police officer, :)

Vigilante missions is actually removed programming they originally included. The remnants are probably there and will be accessible in the coding, when it comes to PC.

This is pretty cool, which it was possible online too I wish GTA V was like GTA Vice City Where you could actually do missions in a ambulance, fire truck or as a cop. I'd love it if GTA VI would be located in Vice City.

Imagine how sick it could be if joining the police force unlocked the SAPD custom paint job and other police related vehicle modifications for whichever car you wish to use.

you could just go to director mode choose the cop actor and turn the wanted level off so you can kill the criminals and not get the cops on you

What happens after story mode? Do you get to do what you want in single player?

It's safer and easier to find a cop car on the dock where the amusement park is. It's usually empty. Also, if you want to remove the helmet to have more of a cruiser cop look [vs a highway patrol look], you can take off your helmet by cycling the masks via inventory. Then just cycle through the shades to put back on the aviators, if you have them purchased.

Remember GTA 4? You can respond to the dispatch in any Cop Car, but now that feature was removed by Rockstar in GTA V, sad.

You don't need to use police off cheat. Get a tow truck, tow the police car to a discreet location, then go inside. Simple as that! you can do the same with a cargobob

The other way to fight crime without cops getting on you is to roam the city and do selfless things such as catching someone who stole a wallet or a hold up on a store clerk or if you return someones property. You can use a gun the cops just stand there. but this only works if there is a blue blip on the screen. The upside is you can do this before the end. Sometimes you make cash from these. For example I got seventy dollars apprehending a stolen wallet and returning it to the owner. You get more if you do not return it though the most I got was 2,000. I did this playing as franklin.

Rockstar must add an option in Director mod so we can make custom battles with bots. it would be awesome to do some swat vs gangs and be with swat

Go on director mode, then turn off wanted level, wear a cop outfit and boom, you’re now a cop. Go stomp on necks of a man who isn't resisting arrest and start riots and go to jail.

u get this uniform buy doing a mission where u chase after two dudes in fast cars in order to steal the cars. cant remember name of mission. this isnt lspd uniform.

Well,I was pretty drawn away from this game, after my stupid ass realized how dark your intentions are. But THIS is something I can enjoy. Hell yes!

GTA5 is better then the last one (GTA4). However it isn't the best, I miss being able to go shopping in the mall and walk into stores gear up, and purchase property. The GTA5 only lets you buy crappy one's that you have to do job's for.(they are business) oh and bring back the night club>>> GTA5: you can't buy a house or anything. (and it takes forever to make back the money you spent getting it) this sucks.. changes that need to be added to gat 6 should be all above. Better selection of cars, clothing , gun's. And give the car a speedo and turning signals.Reply to this to add further changes you think they should make to the next GTA
