Omg I loved the way that he explained about real food…congratulations.! I do the same… I grow my vegetables and some fruits that survive on the cold weather and a lot of herbs and freeze them for the winter… onion chives, garlic chives to uso on scramble tofu,soup, salad and more… the oregano i dried it to cook in the lentils and beans etc… I’m 63 years and a BLOOD DONOR ❤
