♡ How To Be A Princess
To be a princess is to live a dream come true. It’s not just about royalty, marrying a prince, learning manners and wearing sparkly dresses. True princesses are innocent, loyal, noble and passionate; they always listen to their heart and let their beauty shine from within. Above all, a princess believes in her dreams, chases magic, spreads kindness and does her best to make the world a better place.
Some girls are born princesses and others become them, but we all start somewhere. On behalf of the Kingdom, I cordially invite you to attend the Grand Ball tonight, and to help get your ready, please enjoy hearing my ten lessons on how to be a real princess! This little film was also inspired by the qualities of classic Disney princesses like Cinderella’s kindness, Snow White’s compassion, Belle’s (Beauty and the Beast) loyalty, Merida’s bravery, Pocahontas’s adventurousness, and Sleeping Beauty Aurora’s gracefulness. 🌸 About Princess Liana Rose
Once upon a time in a faraway land, there lived a princess named Liana Rose - soft hearted, dreamy and blossoming with magic. She lives in a cottage deep in the rosy woods and oftentimes gets swept up, up and away into a world of her own making. One can easily recognise when this princess is near by her signature scent of wild strawberries and the trail of rosebuds that fall from her pearl-blonde curls. She is doe-eyed and wistful, and believes that everyone should feel as beautiful and tender as a flower. Because life is the grandest fairytale of all.

Irina Bear I totally understand, it seems like enjoying wearing skirts and dresses is shunned when you're a woman but encouraged if you're a man. It's like a trend I guess, like girls who are quirky and tomboyish are better than girls who embrace femininity. Maybe I'm reading too deep into this. 😂

I remember when I frist stumbled upon this video years ago and thought wow! To find another person like myself across the world who chooses to be a princess in real everyday life. I found the affirmations/ quotes in this video so inspiring. Ever since I was young I found myself drawn to the princesses I read about in fairytails and in old Disney movies they where role models to me and made me the woman I am today. I was always inspired by their kindness, grace, poise, courage, inner beauty and magical glow they all carried. The princesses storeies that impacted my life the most where Snow White, Cinderella, and Sara from "The Little Princess" book. I'm 27 and still choose to live as a princess. It's amazing how stories have the power to inspire us! Thank you Princess Liana Rose for the inspiring content you create in your Land of Lavish. OMG same! I used to follow that "not like other girls" trope. But the fact of the matter is, i actually wasn't very confident in myself. And being black, we arent really seen as feminine and soft anyway so I thought it would just be easier to be a tomboy. Im still a tomboy (a little) but i wanna embrace pretty and girly things more as well 🌸🌸🌸
