Hi Manong George, she mentioned sa last part na meron syang ibigay sana na step by step or regarding sa law.. I'm a direct hire senior Carer, already had my COS and done with my Visa appointment. Ung pinaka concern ko now is the POEA, OEC, OWWA, POLO na mga application medju mahirap kasi wala akong mapagtanungan na agency. 😔

Not a Nurse, but on IT. Supposed to be a Direct Hire but POLO caused a LOT of Delay. We have already extended our BRP and it's about to expire again.Client is already getting impatient so they contacted IPAMS to help us... :( We got here a few weeks after. At least in our experience, if someone wants to hire you directly, better through an agency. Less hassle... Less hoops to jump through... Just my 2 cents... :)

Hi megarock2k! my partner is an engineer. Direct hire din siya and we just got an email from his employer saying that they're not aware about the POLO. If you may share where we can message you po directly sana? or you can reach me through FB just look for Ana Fango. We are so lost about this whole POLO process. @@KaWalkMo Hi Ana. I tried adding you on FB pero madaming Ana Fango 😅. Anyway, what happened is it caused delays. Required kasi sya if you're direct hire. Probably to protect against Illegal Recruiters na nag didirect hire (i dunno). Yung naghire sa amin is getting impatient so the solution they did is through an agency. So hired na kami, processing na lang ginawa dun. If you still can wait, siguro antay na lang. Kasi our employer payed for the agency, not sure how much it will cost individually. But he'll be delayed lang talaga... ☹

Manong George tanong lang po, medyo nalito lang po, so yung requirements is different from agencies? Most Agencies requires you to pass OET and CBT, but sa case ni mam Ana is it different? Dahil she was hired directly?

Yes. But just your agency to be sure. You are not alone na lumipat ng US after UK. We actually have a few videos about that as well

Hello po. I am currently a nurse in Saudi and plan to work in the UK by next year when my contract ends. However, I heard that there will be a ban of Filipino nurses to work abroad so I'm worried that if I go back to Philippines next year I'll be stuck there for a long time. So I'm planning to look for an employer and apply to them directly without going through an agency and I'm planning to do that while I'm still here in Saudi and without going back to Philippines. Is it possible? Are there any nurses with that experience? Thanks in advance🙂🙂

there are agencies in the philippines that can process your papers even you are outside the philippines, lately they prefer the nurse from other country cause of the ban, so hopefully you will find one.. you can try to apply in workabroad.com ,

Thanks po. I was looking for somewhat same experience as me po and the others nagkanyang sikap magexam dito and maghanap ng nurse work after getting their pin, no trusts support dahil di sila dumating dito under any contract. Madami dami rin kasi ganito sir like me. Thru different spouse visas like eea and British rin I think there was one si miss Diana Oldfield pero matagal na yung kanya.
