This was so interesting to me, Michelle! I don’t consider myself a naturally vivacious woman, and in fact I worry that I appear low-energy or even boring because I tend to have a more quiet energy. I’m trying to embrace my God-given qualities while remaining open to opportunities to grow into new parts of myself. ❤

9:55 Is there such a thing as being too vivacious? I sometimes grin in my pictures, not just smile. Sometimes I tell myself to “tone it down” but I naturally am grateful for that moment that we’re capturing in a picture.

I had a seizure on Wednesday night and have been in the hospital since. I've never had one before - I also got pneumonia and meningitis. Please send me a few prayers I know you are close with God I would really appreciate it ❤❤ thank you so much for your constant content, it’s keeping me entertained in the hospital and in general when I am at home 💙🥰🙏🏽 thank you for being the vivacious woman that you speak of. We all enjoy your content so much!!

@@drmichelledaf thank you so much! I’m so blessed that God had my family there with me at the time to be able to get me the medical assistance I needed, I can’t imagine being alone during that time! I also can’t keep mentioning how much your content speaking of God has helped entertain me and keep me motivated during these times🙏🏽💜🤗 thank you again for what you do and for sending your praying wishes ! ✨ I am doing much better since Wednesday night when it all happened

It’s very easy to judge people who may not smile at pictures but as a mental health professional I urge to to keep in mind that some people may be neurodivergent and have difficulty with facial expressions and body language. Femininity is about not jumping to conclusions and being able to show up for oneself but also for others including those different from us

It is highly encouraging to know that vivacity is a blessing to have 💙🤍 For many years, I have been thinking about "hushing up" this vibrant aspect of my personality because it seemed a bit immature when represented in femininity-related videos... but a man is indeed highly attracted by it, it brings life around him!
