If you base your self-confidence on how you look or what you've achieved, then that confidence is fragile. True confidence isn't about acing exams, having impressive skills, or how others perceive you. Real confidence comes from being honest with yourself, even when facing painful truths. Whether a problem is imposed on us-like illness, financial struggles, or losing someone we love-or stems from our own mistakes, we must take responsibility and work to solve it. There's no shame in being wrong; what matters is that we keep doing. Real confidence is about facing pain, humiliation, rejection, criticism and failure head-on. It’s about pursuing your purpose and values, even during tough times. Improving yourself by just 1% every day is better than doing nothing or chasing perfection. The idea of a "highest potential" or "best version" is just a myth. The standards of success exist only in your mind. Acing exams, having musical skills, or being surrounded by celebrities doesn't define a successful person for everyone, and watching "pointless cat videos" or having 0 skills doesn't make someone a failure either. Life throws a lot of challenges our way, and it can be painful. Accept that, and focus on seeking your own purpose, your own values, and creating your own standards of success. And if watching "pointless cat videos" brings you joy, then go for it ...

really appreciate this video because school is coming and it has been YEARS since i actually went to an educational institution physically the pandemic isolated me from the outside, i could not graduate school with the real og homies and see them one last time because of it (hope they're still doing okay to this day), always had to do school online due to rough upbringing until now, was not very talkative at all with people that i wasn't familiar with i lost that youthful spark i used to have in the past, so i wanna take that back and soar higher beyond what the past me expected thank you Collin (yes, you ARE asian batman) God Bless.

Hey! I know how it feels man. Being a public speaker and falling absolutely in love with it I realized ppl are attracted to speakers or a figure who is real. And what I can suggest is feel like your height or any flaw of your is your superpower. Walk into the stage thinking "oh I'm gonna kill many girls and make guys jealous cuz of my height" or emphasize on someone who compliments you for your dashing height and presence on stage.
