Very inspiring video lessons, Dr.saab. I used to see things negatively for so long but one day I thought why not I wake up early, start exercising & enjoy the nature watching morning dews, birds chirp, feeling cool & condensed air. I started feeling easiness, no idea where it came from. Started feeling like nature is not so much mean as you think, started seeing things better and started putting myself in more challenging jobs without much compromised. But more than that I learnt from this video. Thank you so much for this great insights!!
