As I’m awake at 5am😭 and making my agenda! As a artist and content creator with ADHD, a good agenda/diary is key for my sanity! I’m always striving for balance and ways to remain intentional, so documenting my journey via my YT Chanel and simply writing out what I want has been incredibly helpful for me! To answer your question about focusing on quiet/loud environments, I think for the most part I enjoy louder environments more. The could be because I’m still in high school, so classrooms tend to be chatty and sometimes chaotic while I’m working 😂 but even in study hall where it is quiet, I always have headphones on and am blasting music, so it’s never quiet for me anyway haha
I’ve also found that my problem is that I don’t like taking breaks, I prefer to just continue working. But I’ve also learned, in that way, I don’t learn anything. I learn more with the pomodoro and the breaks even though I hate breaking my focus.

That first tip is so great! I find myself on RU-vid for hours and it's all because of shorts. Before I would just watch educational videos, study vlogs and a few silly videos here and there and I felt good but now I get stuck on shorts mindlessly scrolling (the exact reason I never downloaded tiktok). It's really frustrating because I love the long for videos but shorts are ruining my life istg 😔 It's so unfairrrr
I want to tell you something. Since I found your channel, I've felt more productive! I love your videos and the tips you give. For personal reasons, I haven't had my phone for over 5 months. I'll be honest, My life has been getting better. I help around the house more, started doing yoga+meditations, and began walking my dog more. HIGHLY recommended the detox of social media.

i recently found out that i have really severe ADHD (i've always known that smt was going on but being able to put a name to it has rly helped) and i ALSO recently figured out that adderall does not solve all my problems. i need to learn how to really be productive so i can work with my medication and solve my adhd problems!! ur so helpful, thank u so much 💕
TIP^^ -u can detox from internet butt there’s multiple ways:] -my personal fav is limiting ur app time it will give u a subtle alarm when u have reached ur screen time this is for people like me who cant rly go through the day without checking my phone
